There are two areas of work that need to be completed in order to provide information for monitoring and review. One is to formally obtain equal opportunities information for all staff, board members and volunteers. The other area is to obtain relevant data relating to the local population as a comparator. Once this information is available proposals can be made to the board as to how to proceed.
