How to apply for a stall

Would you like to take a stall at Carnival?  If so, please click on the links below to download the forms you need. Please return them with your payment and necessary additional documents no later than 31st May 2011.  Send them to Cowley Road Works, c/o Pegasus, Magdalen Road, Oxford OX4 1RE.  If you have any questions, please contact us here or call 07941 482376.  Thank you!
